This School Development was created by the Staff and Governors. Arising from discussions and meetings that took place we decided that, while it was important to develop all areas within the school, certain aspects would have priority. They are informed by other school improvement processes, such as our data analysis of pupil progress and attainment, lesson observations and appraisal procedures and input from our School Improvement Partner.
